Promotions Form

This form is the first step in getting your ministry's event, class, or announcement promoted. It will be used to promote your ministry across multiple platforms.

PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE ALL THE DETAILS YET. A MINIMUM OF 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT/CLASS START DATE.

Before filling this out, please be sure to see your staff oversight about reserving facility usage.

All fields that have a red asterisk are required. If it doesn't apply, just write "N/A".

Promotions usually start 4 Sundays prior to the event/class. If you would like the Comm's Team to start the promo on a different date, please list that here.
